Method 1: Fix the user account profile
To fix the user account profile, follow these steps:

How to back up and restore the registry in Windows
- Click Start, type regedit in the Search box, and then press ENTER.
- In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
- In the navigation pane, locate the folder that begins with S-1-5 (SID key) followed by a long number.
- Click each S-1-5 folder, locate the ProfileImagePath entry in the details pane, and then double-click to make sure that this is the user account profile that has the error.
- If you have two folders starting with S-1-5 followed by some long numbers and one of them ended with .bak, you have to rename the .bak folder. To do this, follow these steps:
- Right-click the folder without .bak, and then click Rename. Type .ba, and then press ENTER.
- Right-click the folder that is named .bak, and then click Rename. Remove .bak at the end of the folder name, and then press ENTER.
- Right-click the folder that is named .ba, and then click Rename. Change the .ba to .bak at the end of the folder name, and then press ENTER.
- Right-click the folder without .bak, and then click Rename. Type .ba, and then press ENTER.
- If you have only one folder starting with S-1-5 that is followed by long numbers and ends with .bak. Right-click the folder, and then click Rename. Remove .bak at the end of the folder name, and then press ENTER.
- If you have two folders starting with S-1-5 followed by some long numbers and one of them ended with .bak, you have to rename the .bak folder. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click the folder without .bak in the details pane, double-click RefCount, type 0, and then click OK.
- Click the folder without .bak, in the details pane, double-click State, type 0, and then click OK.
- Close Registry Editor.
- Restart the computer.
- Log on again with your account.

Menulis suatu karya
ilmiah, misalnya skripsi, tesis, disertasi, dsb. tentunya akan
membutuhkan literatur pendukung sesuai dengan tema tulisan yang akan
kita buat. Literatur pendukung dapat berupa buku, artikel jurnal ilmiah,
skripsi, tesis, disertasi, dsb. baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri.
Terkadang kita mengalami kendala mendapatkan literatur yang kita
butuhkan selengkap mungkin, walaupun sudah pusing mencari di
perpustakan, hunting ke toko buku, pinjam ke teman (siapa tau ada yang punya...), dll. (hmm..kalau ini mah pengalaman pribadi :-D..)
Misalkan saja yang kali ini akan saya share, yaitu literatur berupa skripsi, tesis dan disertasi. Ternyata banyak lho universitas di luar negeri yang menyediakan koleksi tersebut secara online sehingga dengan mudah kita dapat mencari literatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan kita. Setelah judul yang dicari ditemukan, kita dapat mendownload secara gratis dokume dalam format PDF (sebagian kecil dalam format .doc, .docx). Satu hal yang harus diingat, walaupun skripsi, tesis atau disertasi tersebut dari pihak universitas memang dibuka untuk umum secara online, tetapi harus digunakan secara bertanggungjawab ya, tujuannya untuk tambahan literatur penelitian yang sedang dilakukan, bukan untuk melakukan Penjiplakan (Plagiarisme) !!!
Ok..setelah googling kesana kemari akhirnya saya menemukan alamat website universitas-universitas di luar negeri yang menyediakan koleksi skripsi, tesis dan disertasi secara gratis dari berbagai bidang studi (science & social science) dengan jumlah mencapai ribuan judul dari berbagai universitas. Semoga sharing ini bermanfaat bagi Anda yang sedang membutuhkan literatur untuk penelitian. Silahkan mencari dengan membuka (klik) pada tautan link dibawah ini:
